Mailing and Shipping
Mailing cost + 30%
- Prices are determined at the time of the request based on mailing cost.

Rush / Emergency Service
From $150 per hour
- Mobile notary services requiring drive time between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, may be billed in 15-minute increments at $150 per hour while in traffic in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Important Payment & Service Policies
If the borrower does not show or refuses to sign documents, the full signing fee and costs are still due.
The fee for service is due in full for completed signings, even if the loan does not fund.
Costs are still due if:
- The signing does not occur when the notary arrives
- The appointment is canceled 30 minutes or less before the scheduled time
Wait Time: $105 per hour
Returned Check Fee: $35 charge for NSF checks
If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission, there is no charge.
